The Challenge

Create a scalable design system that works for multiple healthcare organizations. Ensure data security and role-based permissions. Simplify onboarding for different healthcare roles while maintaining compliance.

The Solution

Designed a comprehensive healthcare portal with intelligent role-based access control, scalable onboarding workflows, and a secure interface that balances usability with compliance requirements. The solution focused on creating a unified experience that could adapt to multiple regions and healthcare contexts.

User Journey & Flow Architecture

The user onboarding flow for AsOneHealth is designed to establish a clear hierarchy of roles and responsibilities within the platform. At the top, Mindwave Admin manages referral form creation and access through the support desk. Area Super Admin oversees the entire portal, including users, services, and admins, while Resource Managers focus on approving and publishing resources without accessing patient data. Service Super Admins are created during onboarding to manage individual services and invite service users. Triage Admin Managers and Triage Admins specialize in handling referrals, ensuring smooth triaging. Resource Admins and Service Admins contribute by creating resources and managing referrals, sending them to higher-level admins for approval and publishing. This structured hierarchy ensures quality control, accountability, and efficient resource management across the platform.
