The Challenge
Address accessibility concerns in a sensitive healthcare domain while enabling third-party carers to contribute to referral workflows. The existing mental health referral system had complex form structures that created barriers for caregivers trying to provide accurate information on behalf of children. High error rates and processing delays were preventing timely access to mental health support for young people who needed it most.

Enhanced the mental health referral portal with comprehensive contributor functionality that allows multiple carers to participate in the referral process.
