My journey into design began with an engineering background — one that taught me to think in systems, solve ambiguous problems, and bridge the gap between what users need and what teams can build.

For the past 5+ years, I've focused on healthcare. I've designed for NHS trusts, children's hospitals, and clinical platforms — work that demands precision, empathy, and accessibility in equal measure. Along the way, I've built and scaled design systems, led cross-functional teams, and presented design decisions to leadership as business strategy, not just aesthetics.

More recently, I've integrated AI into how I work — using Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate research synthesis, documentation, and design-to-dev handoff, and exploring how AI-native products like conversational companions get designed from the ground up.
